PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device capable of reducing occurrence of short circuit across a first wiring and a second wiring due to a residue of a metal film formed on a piezoelectric body.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device 1 includes: a piezoelectric body 4 formed on a substrate 2 having a plurality of sides; a first wiring 6 formed from the piezoelectric body 4 to the substrate 2; and a second wiring 7 formed from the piezoelectric body 4 to the substrate 2.
