PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for preventing incorrect operation of a clamp, preventing engagement between an engaging portion and an engaged portion due to an incorrect operation.SOLUTION: The tool 20 prevents an engaging portion 16 and an engaged portion 17a from being engaged with each other in a clamp 10 that includes a body 11 formed into a ring shape by engagement of the engaging portion 16 and the engaged portion 17a provided on both ends, and a pressing portion comprising a pressed protruding portion 14 and a pressing protruding portion 15 for pressing a branch tube 32 when the engaging portion 16 is engaged with the engaged portion 17a with a branch tube 32 inserted through the body 11.
