PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely block flexible tubes set on a handling stand by opening/closing of an upper cover and secure an operation area by greatly opening the upper part of the handling stand when opening a lid.
SOLUTION: This tube joining device is disposed with: placement stands 30 for placing flexible tubes Ta on upper units 31B and 35B and lower units 31A and 35B which are openably/closably connected to each other fixed clamp members 62 for clamping the tubes from below, on the lower units 31A and 35A and movable clamp members 63 clamping the tubes from above, on the upper units 31B and 35B wherein the upper units are openably/closably connected to the lower units with joint members 82h. At the same time, this device includes movement regulation members 86 adapted to vertically guide the movable clamp members when the upper units are closed with lids from standby positions to operation positions. Thereby, the movable clamp members are adapted to move perpendicular to the placement stand 30 in the operation position side and rotatingly move in a retraction position side when the upper units are opened/closed from the operation positions to the retraction positions.
