PURPOSE: An expandable seasoning pack for instant noodles and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to easily and simply use the seasoning pack without including an excipient. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an expandable seasoning pack for instant noodles comprises the following steps； mixing a seasoning base, refined glucose, edible salt, and bay salt； mixing the mixture with cream type syrup in a weight ratio of 1:0.01-0.5 to obtain a powder mixture； adding 20-25wt% of foaming agent into the powder mixture； and extrude-molding the powder mixture including the foaming agent in a vacuum condition.본 발명은 발포성 라면 스프 팩 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 제조방법에 따른 발포성 라면 스프 팩은 압출성형 및 발포 공정을 통해 수분이 전혀 없어 장기간 보존이 가능할 뿐 아니라 스프 팩 내부로의 수분침투 속도를 증가시키면서 분산성이 향상된 시트 두께가 얇은 팩 형태로 제조할 수 있어, 유통, 보관이 용이한 장점이 있으며, 또한 양념의 고유한 맛은 살리고 국물 맛을 용이하게 제공할 수 있는 장점 뿐 아니라 조리과정의 편의성도 달성할 수 있는 인스턴트 식품의 발전에 기여할 것이다.
