PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of effectively utilizing paper sludge incinerated ash.SOLUTION: The weed inhibiting material comprises a granulated solidified body including paper sludge incinerated ash. Preferably, the granulated solidified body is obtained from incinerated ash including the paper sludge incinerated ash by hydrothermal reaction.
