PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide preparation methods of irbesartan-containing tablets in which the adhesion of irbesartan, an active ingredient, to a granulator can body at the time of kneading and granulating is inhibited, and also the adhesion to tableting equipment at the time of tableting is inhibited.SOLUTION: A preparation method of an irbesartan-containing tablet comprises: kneading and granulating, with water/ethanol mixed liquid as a binding liquid, a mixture which contains 48-58% by weight of irbesartan as an active ingredient, 2.5-3.5% by weight of hypromellose as a binder, 7-9% by weight of croscarmellose sodium as a disintegrant, based on a total weight of a tablet, and a diluent, without anti-adhesion agent, to obtain a granulated material and adding 0.8-1.2% by weight of a lubricant to the material, wherein the adhesion of irbesartan, a principal drug, to a granulator can body is inhibited.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 有効成分であるイルベサルタンの練合・造粒時における造粒機缶体への付着を抑制し、更に打錠時における打錠器具への付着を抑制した、イルベサルタン含有錠剤の調製方法を提供することを課題とすること。【解決手段】 錠剤の全重量を基準とし、48~58重量%の有効成分であるイルベサルタン、2.5~3.5重量%の結合剤としてのヒプロメロース、7~9重量%の崩壊剤としてのクロスカルメロースナトリウム、及び希釈剤を含有してなり、抗付着剤を含有することのない混合物を、結合液として水/エタノール混液を使用することにより練合・造粒して、得られた造粒物に0.8~1.2重量%の滑沢剤を添加して打錠することからなる、主薬のイルベサルタンの造粒機缶体への付着を抑制したことを特徴とするイルベサルタン含有錠剤の調製方法である。【選択図】 なし
