PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet containing 200 mg of irbesartan in which the miniaturization of the tablet is achieved and the elution behavior of irbesartan, an active ingredient, from the tablet is not different from conventional irbesartan-containing tablets.SOLUTION: The invention discloses an irbesartan containing tablet, wherein a composition, which contains (a) 200 mg of irbesartan as an active ingredient, (b) 8-12 mg of hypromellose as a binder, (c) 25-33 mg of one or more selected from croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, carmellose calcium, carboxymethyl starch sodium, and low substituted hydroxypropylcellulose, as a disintegrant, (d) 60-70 mg of lactose and 50-60 mg of crystalline cellulose as a diluent, and contains no anti-adhesion agent, is kneaded and granulated with a water/ethanol mixture as a binding liquid, and subsequently a lubricant is added into the obtained granulated material and then tableting it in such a tableting pressure that the total weight of the tablet becomes 350-370 mg and the tablet density becomes 1.05-1.28 mg/mm3, so that the tablet shows such an elution behavior that about 80% or more of the irbesartan contained in the tablet elutes within 30 minutes.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 イルベサルタンを200mg含有する錠剤であって、その小型化を図り、そのうえで有効成分であるイルベサルタンの錠剤からの溶出挙動について、従来のイルベサルタン含有錠剤と相違のない、イルベサルタン200mg含有錠剤を提供すること。【解決手段】 (a)有効成分として200mgのイルベサルタン、(b)結合剤として8~12mgのヒプロメロース、(c)崩壊剤としてクロスカルメロースナトリウム、クロスポビドン、カルメロースカルシウム、カルボキシメチルスターチナトリウム、及び低置換度ヒドロキシプロピルセルロースから選ばれる一種以上を25~33mg、(d)希釈剤として60~70mgの乳糖及び50~60mgの結晶セルロース、(e)抗付着剤を含有しない、組成物を、結合液として水/エタノール混液を使用することにより練合・造粒し、得られた造粒物に滑沢剤を添加して、錠剤の全重量が350~370mgであり、錠剤密度が1.05~1.28mg/mm3となる打錠圧にて打錠することにより、該錠剤に含まれるイルベサルタンの約80%またはそれ以上が30分以内に溶出する溶出挙動を示すことを特徴とするイルベサルタン含有錠剤である。【選択図】 なし
