PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a ribavirin tablet which is miniaturized and is excellent in the elutability.SOLUTION: This ribavirin tablet, containing ribavirin of 200 mg per tablet, can be made in the total mass into 285 mg or less, by containing ribavirin of such high concentration as 70-90% and containing carmellose calcium as a decaying agent and preferably containing a crystalline cellulose as an excipient, therefore this ribavirin tablet can be miniaturized in comparison with a conventional article and may be improved in the feeling of taking a medicine by a patient.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】小型化され、かつ、溶出性の優れたリバビリン錠剤を開発すること。【解決手段】リバビリンを70~90%という高濃度で含有し、かつ崩壊剤としてカルメロースカルシウムを含有し、好ましくは、更に賦形剤として結晶セルロースを含有することにより、一錠当たり200mgのリバビリンを含むリバビリン錠剤の総質量を、285mg以下にすることができ、該リバビリン錠剤を従来品に比して小型化することでき、患者の服用感を向上させることができる。【選択図】なし
