PURPOSE: A producing method of chaff for cattle feed containing an arrowroot component is provided to prevent the infectious disease including brucellosis and mad cow disease. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of chaff for cattle feed containing an arrowroot component comprises the following steps: mixing water and an arrowroot extract in a ratio of 100:0.1-1, and boiling the mixture at 60-90 deg C； mixing the mixture liquid with a mixture including 40-80wt% of rice straw, 1-10wt% of bean chaff, 1-10wt% of rice bran, 1-10wt% of pumpkin, 1-10wt% of sweet potato, and 10-30wt% of arrowroot vines, and boiling the mixture for 5-10 minutes at 60-90 deg C: separating the solid mixture components from the mixture liquid, and drying； cutting the rice straws and the arrowroot vines in the mixture into 10-30cm； and packing the mixture in the constant weight.본 발명은 칡성분을 첨가한 사료용 여물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 칡성분을 첨가하여 소의 사료용 여물을 만들어 제공함으로써 소의 건강한 발육 촉진에 도움을 주고 고급 브랜드육의 생산을 가능하게 하는 칡성분을 첨가한 사료용 여물의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 물과 칡추출물을 100:0.1~100:1의 중량비로 혼합하고 60℃~90℃로 끓여서 혼합액을 만드는 제 1단계와, 상기 혼합액과 볏짚 40~80중량%, 콩깍지 1~10중량%, 쌀겨 1~10중량%, 호박 1~10중량%, 고구마 1~10중량%, 칡넝쿨 10~30중량%로 구성한 혼합물을 50:1~70:1의 중량비로 혼합하여 5~10분 동안 60℃~90℃로 끓이는 제 2단계와, 상기 혼합물을 혼합액에서 분리한 후 수분함유량이 10％이하가 되도록 건조시키는 제 3단계와, 혼합물 중 볏짚과 칡넝쿨을 10㎝~30㎝의 길이로 절단하는 제 4단계와, 상기 혼합물을 일정 중량 단위로 포장하여 사료용 여물의 제조를 완료하는 제 5단계로 구성된 칡성분을 첨가한 사료용 여물의 제조방법이 제공된다.
