The present invention relates to a preparing method of yogurt. Disclosed is a preparing method of yogurt using fermented bean paste and vegetable soybean oil, the method comprising the steps of soaking washed soybean in water for five or more hours; putting the soaked soybean in a heating container wherein the weight ratio of the soybean and water is 1:3, and boiling the same for one hour; crushing the boiled soybean with a mixer and putting the same in an extractor; and putting water used for soaking soybean in the extractor and extracting soybean milk.본 발명은 요거트의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 청국장 및 식물성 대두유를 사용하여 요거트를 제조하는 방법을 개시한다.
