Provided are a composition for forming a complex comprising a cellulose-based compound, a polyphenol-based compound, and a solvent, in which the amount of the polyphenol-based compound is 1 to 40 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the cellulose-based compound, and also provided are a complex formed therefrom, and a composition for oral administration including the complex. The complex has dissolving properties in a solvent in various pH ranges according to the mixing ratio of the cellulose-based compound and the polyphenol-based compound. Thus, a complex film can be easily manufactured by using the complex, and the complex film is useful in the fields of pharmaceuticals, food, etc. which require pH-dependent film properties.셀룰로오스계 화합물, 폴리페놀계 화합물 및 용매를 포함하며, 상기 폴리페놀계 화합물의 함량은 셀룰로오스계 화합물 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 1 내지 40 중량부인 복합체 형성용 조성물, 이로부터 형성된 복합체 및 이를 포함하는 경구 섭취용 조성물을 제공한다. 상기 복합체는 셀룰로오스계 화합물과 폴리페놀계 화합물의 혼합비에 따라 다양한 pH 범위에서 용매에 용해되는 특성을 갖고 있다. 따라서 상기 복합체를 이용하면 복합체 필름을 용이하게 제조할 수 있고, 상기 복합체 필름은 pH 의존적인 필름 특성을 요구하는 의약, 식품 등의 분야에서 유용하다.
