PURPOSE: A producing method of a turmeric extract-phospholipid complex is provided to enable users to easily apply the complex for producing functional drink, food or medical drugs.CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a turmeric extract-phospholipid complex comprises the following steps: preparing turmeric extract powder and egg yolk extracted phospholipid mixing the turmeric extract powder and the egg yolk extracted phospholipid in a molar ratio of 1:0.8-1.4 in a reactor containing an ethanol solvent performing the complex forming reaction using the mixture and removing the ethanol solvent by concentrating and drying the reacted mixture.
