PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an egg spread having an excellent sweat flavor and rich taste that are characteristic of egg yolk of a boiled egg.SOLUTION: Provided is an egg spread produced by mixing: a lipase-treated product produced by lipase-treating cream and/or butter cut pieces of a heat-solidified egg such as a boiled egg and an acidic oil-in-water type emulsion-like seasoning obtained by emulsifying brewed vinegar made from rice and/or fruit as the ingredient, whole egg, egg yolk, and edible oil.
