PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing at least one kind of compound with biological properties from blood.SOLUTION: A method of the present invention is implemented in a closed tube under low atmospheric pressure (pressure lower than the atmospheric pressure) so that bacterial contamination of a compound through the handling is reduced or prevented. The method includes the repetition of the following steps for the desired number of times. A vacuum sealed second vacuum vessel is connected to a blood collection device connected to a first vessel containing blood separated into fractions. Waiting until a desired fraction is transferred, and the second vessel is pulled out. A variety of second vessels can be acquired that contain different compounds for different medical applications such as biological treatment. The steps of the invention can be performed in a closed system without opening the vessel.
