PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the execution of an appropriate agricultural operation according to situations.SOLUTION: An apparatus for supporting an agricultural operation includes: an operation rule information storage unit for storing operation rule information including information indicating the condition of crops or information indicating the condition of an environment, requirements about the condition of the crops or the condition of the environment, operation information indicating an operation to be executed when the requirements are met, and the degrees of contribution to the growth of the crops in the operation an operation rule information extraction unit for extracting from the operation rule information storage unit the operation rule information including the requirements matching the inputted information indicating the condition of the crops or the information indicating the condition of the environment and an operation instruction unit which outputs the operation information included in the operation rule information extracted.
