PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earflap device facilitating the length adjustment of a head band and, after the device is worn on ones own head part, surely fitting to the head part with a single operation.SOLUTION: This earflap device comprises a band member 10 formed into a band-like shape, and cup members provided at the free ends of the band member 10, the cup member being formed into a bowl shape in cross section and covered with a heat-insulating cover. The band member 10 has a main band body 101 and two sub band bodies 102. Adjustment guide grooves 110 extending in the length direction of the band are provided at the tip end positions of the main band body 101. Engagement projections are provided at the base ends of the sub band bodies 102, and the engagement projections are engaged with the adjustment guide grooves 110 to slidably connect the sub band bodies 102 and the main band body 101, thereby enabling the length adjustment of the band member 10.
