A body calibration band according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main body unit supporting the back； a shoulder band extending longitudinally with respect to both edges of a lower portion of the main body unit to surround the shoulder； and a shoulder pulling adjustable band removably attachable and detachable along the longitudinal direction of the main body unit and configured to wrap around the shoulder. On the front face of the main body unit, one hard core material is disposed along the longitudinal direction, and a rectangular main fastening unit is arranged on the back face along the longitudinal direction. An auxiliary body unit connected to first and second shoulder pulling adjustable bands constituting the shoulder pulling adjustable band is detachably and hermetically coupled to the main fastening unit.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 체형 교정 밴드는, 등을 받치는 주몸체부와, 상기 주몸체부 하부의 양 가장자리에 대해서 길게 연장되어 허리를 감싸는 허리밴드 및 상기 주몸체부의 길이방향을 따라 이동가능하게 탈부착이 가능하며 어깨를 감싸도록 구성된 어깨 당김 조절밴드를 포함하며, 상기 주몸체부의 정면에는 길이방향을 따라 한개의 경질의 심재가 배치되고, 배면에는 길이방향을 따라서 직사각형 형태의 주체결부가 배치되며, 상기 어깨 당김 조절밴드를 이루는 제 1 및 제 2 어깨 당김 조절밴드가 연결되는 보조몸체부가 상기 주체부에 대해서 탈부착가능하게 암수 체결되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
