A condiment containing an extract of beer yeast and production method thereof, said condiment comprises an extract of beer yeast 50-70wt%, a fresh sweet flavour 8-15wt%, an edulcorant 12-25wt% and a salt 10wt%, said production method comprises: mixing said raw materials diluting them with water, wherein the concentration of dry matter is 30-50% making them reacting in a reactor, wherein the temperature is 85-95℃, the time is 40-70 minutes cooling them.
