PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technique which effectively prevents oxidation of malt in a pulverization step, and suppresses a trans-2-nonenal value low during production.SOLUTION: Malt pulverizing equipment 1 includes a pulverization device 6 pulverizing malt, and a malt steeping device 4 provided at an upstream side of the pulverization device 6. The malt steeping device 4 is provided with a malt steeping water supply part 44 for including water in malt 11. Malt steeping water where inactive gas is dissolved is supplied from the malt steeping water supply part 44.
