The present invention relates to a chocolate scrapping apparatus used in an apparatus which embosses a pattern including an actual image using chocolate and, more specifically, to a chocolate scrapping apparatus for efficiently filling chocolate in a mold where the pattern is formed in a groove or intaglio from. The chocolate scrapping apparatus of the present invention is used in the apparatus which embosses the pattern on the surface of the chocolate in a way of filling chocolate of any one color in the mold where a halftone-shaped groove is formed and then combining the chocolate with chocolate of the other color, and is to do a scrapping operation which fills the chocolate in a groove of the mold, and removes the chocolate remaining in an area except the groove on the surface of the mold.
