PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide production methods of a dried plant containing proliferative Paramecium.SOLUTION: The production method of the present invention has a preparation step of obtaining a culture solution by putting a dried plant into water and boiling, subsequently cooling the boiling liquid containing this plant and then standing at room temperature； a first culturing step of adding Paramecium that is a seed to this culture solution and culturing to proliferate in the presence of this plant, an adsorption step of adsorbing this proliferated Paramecium to this plant, and a drying step of drying the plant to which this Paramecium is adsorbed and putting this Paramecium in a dormant state. The dormant Paramecium-containing dried plant contains a dried plant and Paramecium adsorbed to the dried plant in a dormant state. This method for culturing Paramecium has a step of culturing a dormant Paramecium-containing dried plant by putting it in water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】増殖可能なゾウリムシを含む乾燥植物の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】この製造方法は、乾燥状態の植物を水に投入して煮沸した後、この植物を含む煮沸液を冷却して、室温で静置することにより培養液を得る準備工程、種となるゾウリムシをこの培養液に投入して、この植物の存在下で培養して増殖させる第一培養工程、この増殖させたゾウリムシをこの植物に吸着させる吸着工程、及び、このゾウリムシが吸着した植物を乾燥させて、このゾウリムシを休眠状態にする乾燥工程を有している。この休眠ゾウリムシ含有乾燥植物は、乾燥植物と、この乾燥植物に休眠状態で吸着されたゾウリムシと、を含んでいる。このゾウリムシの培養方法は、この休眠ゾウリムシ含有乾燥植物を水に投入して培養する工程を有している。【選択図】図１
