PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified structure for improving flexibility in layout of a guide object body such as a pipe and a wire in a bed room in a hospital.SOLUTION: A simplified structure 10 includes: a guide 17 laterally disposed adjacent to a bed 45 that is placed in a bed room 40 and guidingly supports a guide object body 44 as at least one of a pipe and a wire and fixing means 11 for fixing the guide 17 in the bed room 40.
