The invention relates to a guide root pipe structure, including a compression pipe body configured with a plurality of water-guiding pore parts and a coconut fiber outer covering layer body outwardly covered on the compression pipe body. The guide root pipe structure is buried next to a root system part of a planted body, and water passing the water-guiding pore parts of the compression pipe body can uniformly impregnate soil medium therearound through the coconut fiber outer covering layer body, so that adequate water can be supplied to the root system part of the planted body.
