Or the outer pot body (1) is fabricated from multi-pore material, the outer wall thereof being coated with a water resisting layer and includes a sensing region coated with a humidity sensor material (3). Accordingly, the water content in the inner pot body can be known through use of the humidity sensor material (3), prompting the user whether or not to add water, and further regulating the water content of the potted plant.
