PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laver production device capable of reducing energy consumption for drying laver.SOLUTION: A laver production device 1 comprises: a heat source chamber unit 10 for drying air and circulating air a spreading/dehydration chamber unit 20 for spreading a laver material thin and dehydrating the laver material and a drying chamber unit 30 for drying the dehydrated laver, disposed for every production step of laver. The heat source chamber unit 10, the spreading/dehydration chamber unit 20 and the drying chamber unit 30 are heat insulated in whole bodies, and are connected at the shortest distance. The device further comprises a control part 70 for individually calculating a heat quantity and an air quantity needed on the heat source chamber unit 10, the spreading/dehydration chamber unit 20 and the drying chamber unit 30, and controlling them individually. The heat source chamber unit 10, the spreading/dehydration chamber unit 20 and the drying chamber unit 30 can be formed into optional sizes, can be combined and used, and can be stored in a single building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
