PURPOSE: An EM solution and an EM active solution containing a ginseng extract, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the activity of useful microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an EM solution containing a ginseng extract comprises the following steps: extracting lactobacillus, yeast, Bacillus subtilis, acetic acid bacteria, and photosynthetic bacteria from traditional food； culturing each extracted bacterium； mixing the cultured bacteria, and culturing the EM obtained by the mixing process at 20-30 deg C for 3-6 months； preparing the ginseng extract, and mixing 100wt% of EM and 0.01-100wt% of ginseng extract； and fermenting the mixture at 20-72 deg C for 2-10 days in a fermenting extractor.본 발명은 인삼 추출물이 함유된 EM(Effective Micro-organisms) 원액 및 EM 활성액 제조방법으로서, 유익한 미생물인 유산균, 효모, 납두균, 광합성세균, 아세트산균 등을 혼합하여 배양한 EM 배양액에 인삼 추출물을 첨가하여 발효시킴으로써 미생물 활성을 높이는 인삼 EM 원액 및 EM 활성액 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 EM은 유산균 5~70 중량%, 효모균 5~70 중량%, 납두균 5~70 중량%, 광합성세균+효모균 1~50 중량%로 혼합하고, EM과 인삼추출물의 혼합비율은 EM 100중량%에 대하여 인삼추출물이 0.01~100중량%로 배합한 것을 특징으로 한다.
