The present invention relates to a health supplement food and particularly, to a calcium nutrient supplement food and a manufacturing method thereof. A first aspect of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a calcium health supplement food, the invention comprising: a pearl material crushing step (S1) of cutting a pearl layer separated from a natural pearl and a pearl shell by using a metal machine so as to obtain pearl material pieces; a pearl material piece sterilization step (S2) of immersing pearl material pieces in a diluted aqueous solution mixed with a sun-dried salt, a licorice and a cassia seed and hydrothermally treating; a pearl pulverizing step (S3) of drying and pulverizing the sterilized pearl material pieces in the step (S2) and producing a pearl powder; a seafood dry step (S4) of washing and drying abalone flesh, sea cucumbers, oyster flesh, and sea squirt flesh; a seafood pulverizing step (S5) of pulverizing the dried seafood in the step (S4) and producing a seafood powder; and an ultra-fine pulverizing step (S6) of mixing and pulverizing the pearl powder obtained in the step (S3) and the seafood powder obtained in the step (S5) and seeds. According to the present invention, busy modern people are enabled to easily ingest a high-quality calcium and minerals contained in pearls. In addition, it is possible to facilitate an absorption rate of calcium by absorbing a variety of vitamins and minerals contained in seafood and seeds.
