PURPOSE: A Cordyceps militaris extract, a producing method thereof, and health supplementary food including thereof are provided to effectively remove the unique bad smell and taste of Cordyceps militaris. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a Cordyceps militaris extract comprises the following steps: crushing Cordyceps militaris； mixing the Cordyceps militaris powder with water and Acanthopanax leaves； firstly extracting the mixture at 60-100 deg. C for 1-3 hours； and secondly extracting the first extract at 110-140 deg. C for 1-3 hours. [Reference numerals] (AA) Comparative embodiment 3； (BB) Embodiment 3； (CC) Products on the market； (DD) Control(distilled water)본 발명은 동충하초 추출물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 (S1) 밀리타리스 동충하초(Cordycepsmilitaris)를 분쇄하여 분말화하는 단계； (S2) 분말화된 밀리타리스 동충하초에 물과 오가피 잎을 첨가하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계； (S3) 상기 혼합물을 60 ~ 100℃에서 1~3시간 동안 1차 추출하는 단계； 및 (S4) 1차 추출물을 110 ~ 140℃에서 1~3시간 동안 2차 추출하는 단계；를 포함하는 밀리타리스 동충하초 추출물 제조방법에 대한 것이다. 상기한 본 발명에 따르면 밀리타리스 동충하초를 이용하여 특유의 이취와 비린 맛을 효과적으로 제거하여 기호성이 증진될 뿐 아니라, 인터루킨의 양적 변화를 유도하여 면역증강 효능을 높인 동충하초 추출물을 얻을 수 있다.
