The invention discloses a preparation method of a soybean crop peptide. The preparation method comprises the steps of: preparing a peptide raw material by carrying out processes such as cleaning, drying and crushing on a soybean crop then, mixing the peptide raw material with water in a ratio of 1:13+/-9, and boiling the mixture in the states of 100 to 121 DEG C and 1.2 to 1.5 psi for 20 to 30 minutes to extract a protein extracting solution next, mixing a protease with the protein extracting solution in a ratio of 1:0.8+/-0.4, and carrying out a hydrolysis at 40 to 50 DEG C for 6 to 9 hours and, after completing hydrolysis, filtering the mixture by a filtering apparatus to separate insoluble matters so as to obtain the soybean crop peptide.一種大豆作物胜肽製造方法,藉由將一大豆作物進行洗淨、烘乾及粉碎等過程,製成一胜肽原料後,將該胜肽原料與水以1:13±9的比例將兩者混合,並在100~121℃及1.2~1.5psi的狀態下煮沸20~30分鐘,以萃取出一蛋白萃取液,其後將一蛋白酶與該蛋白萃取液以1:0.8±0.4的比例將兩者混合,並於40℃~50℃進行水解6~9小時,待水解完成後,藉由一過濾設備過濾,以分離不溶解物質,以獲得一大豆作物胜肽。
