PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent loosening of a bone screw or bone pin for fixing a fracture treatment plate to a radius.SOLUTION: Through-holes 9, 10 on the head plate part side of a fracture treatment plate are provided in two lines along subchondral bone 6c in the distal end of a bone, and female screws, into which male screws formed on heads 7a of bone screws or bone pins 7 are screwed, are formed in the through-holes 9 of the distal side line of the two lines. On the inner peripheral surface of the through-holes 10 of the proximal side line, a row of projections 13 which mesh with the male screws of bone screws or bone pins 8 are formed so as to be arranged side by side in the shaft center direction in the place where a plane which includes the shaft center of each through-hole of the proximal side line and passes through between adjacent ones of the bone screws or bone pins 7 inserted into the through-holes 9 of the distal side line crosses the inner peripheral surface so that the bone screws or bone pins attached to desired through-holes of the distal side line touch the subchondral bone, and the bone screws or bone pins 8 attached to desired through-holes of the proximal side line touch other places on the subchondral bone.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】骨折治療用プレートを橈骨に止める骨ピン又は骨ネジの緩みを防止する。【解決手段】頭板部側の貫通穴9,10は、骨の遠位端部の軟骨下骨6cに沿うように二列にわたって設けられ、そのうち遠位側列の貫通穴9には、骨ネジ又は骨ピン7の頭部7aに形成された雄ネジが螺合する雌ネジが形成され、近位側列の貫通穴10の内周面には、近位側列の各貫通穴の軸心を含み、上記遠位側列の貫通穴9に通された骨ネジ又は骨ピン7の隣り合うもの同士間を通る平面が上記内周面と交差する箇所において、骨ネジ又は骨ピン8の上記雄ネジと噛み合う突起13の列が上記軸心方向に並ぶように形成され、上記遠位側列の所望の貫通穴に装着された骨ネジ又は骨ピンが上記軟骨下骨に当接し、かつ上記近位側列の所望の貫通穴に装着された骨ネジ又は骨ピン8が上記軟骨下骨の他の箇所に当接するようにした。【選択図】図2
