A bone plate kit suitable for bones in left-right mirror symmetry is disclosed. The bone plate kit comprises: a bone plate with a structure conforming to left-right mirror symmetry of bone anatomy of human body, the bone plate having a first contact surface and a second contact surface of which the shapes and structures are completely identical, wherein one of the first and second contact surfaces can be chosen to contact the surface of one of the bones in left-right mirror symmetry a plurality of bone screw holes passing through the thickness of the bone plate and having inner threads and several bone screws which can be respectively inserted into a predetermined bone screw hole from the direction of the first contact surface or the second contact surface.
