PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone anchoring device capable of firmly anchoring a plate to a fracture part using a screw by adjusting the screw to an angle required by a user without any significant improvement.SOLUTION: A bone anchoring device S includes: a plate 5 including a hole part 10 that has a female screw 10a formed on the inner peripheral surface and connects one surface 2 to the other surface 3, and disposed at the fracture part and a screw 8 including a shaft 8b that is insertable from one surface side into the hole part 10 and insertable into a hole formed in the bone, and a head part 8a in which a male screw 41 to be engaged with the female screw 10a is formed on the outer peripheral surface 40 and that is fixed in the hole part 10.
