PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an osteosynthesis device for perfectly curing a bone fracture region by firmly integrating a screw member with a plate so as to prevent the improper separation of the screw member from the bone and the plate, and stably holding the joined state of the bone fracture region for a long period of time.
SOLUTION: The osteosynthesis device includes: the plate arranged along the front surface of a broken bone and having a through-hole a washer internally arranged in the through-hole of the plate and having a through-hole with a female screw and a screw member having a shaft and a head, where male screws are arranged respectively, and screwed onto the fracture bone via the washer. The male screw of the shaft is screwed onto the bone, and also the male screw of the head is screwed onto the female screw of the washer, thereby fixing the plate to the bone.
