PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which, if a bone screw is not inserted to an axis of a through hole coaxially and precisely, a thread of the through hole may be broken.SOLUTION: A bone plate 1 comprises a first through hole 9 which penetrates the plate along a first longitudinal axial line 6, and when the plate is disposed on a target site of a bone in a desired orientation, from a proximal face 7 of the plate, the through hole reaches a distal face 8 of the plate on a bone side facing the bone. An outer wall 10 of the first through hole has three wall parts 15 having a projection part for storing a screw head of the bone screw.
