PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel form for seasoning, food product, medical drug or the like that can have excellent features of a solid cube form or a tablet form and that can quickly disintegrate in aqueous liquid.SOLUTION: Provided is a laminate comprising a three layered structure in which disintegration layers 1,3 and a middle layer 2 are adjacent to each other in an order of disintegration layer 1/middle layer 2/disintegration layer 3, and in which, when the laminate is immersed in an aqueous liquid, at least one disintegration layer 1,3 is separated at the middle layer member 2 and then the disintegration is completed.
