PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic fill up device capable of suppressing appearance failure in cosmetic without machining configuration of a fill up hole into a specific configuration.SOLUTION: A fill up device 1 contacts to a fill up hole 10A and comprises a nozzle 23 ejecting a cosmetic C to a cosmetic dish 10 and a suction head 3 closing an opening on the surface of the cosmetic dish 10. The suction head 3 comprises an inclined part 5 formed on the lower surface. The inclined part 5 is formed at a predetermined region on the suction head 3 positioned on a flow path of the cosmetic C ejected from the nozzle 23 and has an inclination relative to the ejection direction of the cosmetic C.
