To provide a method for producing an excellent solid cosmetic by back injection technique, causing neither surface fissures, color unevennesses, nor surface unevennesses and etc., and also impairing neither versatility, lightweightness nor durability of the container thereof and to provide a packing nozzle to be used for the method.
SOLUTION: The solid cosmetic is produced by the following process: a medium saucer 5 with its top opening closed with a filter paper 30 is sandwiched in between the upper mold 35 and lower mold 34 of a pressure packing apparatus thereon and a suction means (not illustrated) is installed the packing nozzle 11 fitted ON the tip of the material feed pipings of the pressure packing apparatus (not illustrated) is inserted into a packing hole 9 provided at the bottom wall 6 of the medium saucer 5 an injection port 16 which is made to communicate with the cosmetic packing recessed part 8 of the medium saucer 5 in this communicated state and a slurried cosmetic 12 is put to pressurized packing at predetermined pressure from the packing nozzle 11 into the cosmetic packing recessed part 8 concurrently and a solvent in the slurried cosmetic 12 is sucked and removed by the suction means via the filter paper 30 to solidify the slurried cosmetic 12 into the objective solid cosmetic 17.
