PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food skewering device in which production loss of the skewered food is reduced as much as possible, and thereby the skewering object foodstuff can be skewered efficiently.SOLUTION: A food skewering device performs skewering of the skewering object foodstuff by sequentially containing skewers S falling from a skewer alignment device 50 in a groove 612 of a skewer rail 610 and extruding the skewers S contained in the groove 612 of this skewer rail 610 into the skewering object foodstuff side using a skewer extrusion device 60. Multiple suction holes 613 for sucking the skewers S are provided in the bottom surface of the groove 612 of the skewer rail 610.
