PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent harvests from falling when loading roll bales and prevent a large load from being applied to respective parts such as a bale support base.SOLUTION: A wrapping machine 1 includes: a loading mechanism 2 such as a lift arm 21 for holding a roll bale 8 placed on a field, a bale support arm 23, and a base end arm 24 tilting means consists of dump frame 41 for tilting the lift arm 21 holding the roll bale 8, a hydraulic cylinder 42 and the like and a bale support base 3 on which the roll bale 8 lifted by the lift arm 21 is placed. The tilting operation of the lift arm 21 is once stopped immediately before a center G of gravity of the roll bale 8 passes through a dead point P. This configuration can reduce inertia force in tilting, and reduce impact force when the roll bale is rolled onto the bale support base 3 so as to prevent falling of the harvests.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】ロールベールを積み込む際に、収穫物がこぼれ落ちないようにするとともに、ベール支持台などを始めとする各部分に大きな負荷を与えないようにする。【解決手段】、圃場に置かれたロールベール8を保持するリフトアーム21やベール支持アーム23、基端アーム24などの積込機構2と、ロールベール8を保持したリフトアーム21を傾動させるようにしたダンプフレーム41や油圧シリンダ42などからなる傾動手段4と、リフトアーム21によって持ち上げられたロールベール8を載置するベール支持台3とを備えてなるラッピングマシン1において、ロールベール8の重心Gが思案点Pを通過する直前でリフトアーム21の傾動動作を一旦停止させる。そして、このようにすることによって、傾動時の慣性力を低減させて、ベール支持台3に転がり込む際の衝撃力を低減させ、収穫物の落下などを防止できるようにする。【選択図】図3
