PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the product value of manufactured dried laver.SOLUTION: In a laver raw alga supply system (1) that shreds laver raw alga stored in a storing device (3) with a mincing device (6) and supplies the same to a laver manufacturing device (2), a high salt content sea water supply device (12) for supplying high salt content sea water having higher salt content concentration than that of sea water is connected to a transportation pathway (10) for transporting the laver raw alga from the storing device (3) to the mincing device (6). The high salt content sea water supply device (12) is connected in an upstream side than a debris removing device (5) arranged in the transportation pathway (10). Further a sea water separation device (7) is arranged in a downstream side than the high salt content sea water supply device (12) in the transportation pathway (10) and an upstream side than the mincing device (6), the sea water separation device (7) is connected to the high salt content sea water supply device (12) to recover sea water separated by the sea water separation device (7) to the high salt content sea water supply device (12).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】製造される乾燥海苔の商品価値を向上させること。【解決手段】本発明では、貯留装置(3)に貯留した海苔原藻をミンチ装置(6)で細断して海苔製造装置(2)に供給する海苔原藻供給システム(1)において、海苔原藻を貯留装置(3)からミンチ装置(6)に搬送する搬送経路(10)に、海水よりも塩分濃度を高くした高塩分海水を供給するための高塩分海水供給装置(12)を接続することにした。また、前記高塩分海水供給装置(12)を前記搬送経路(10)に設けられた異物除去装置(5)よりも上流側に接続することにした。さらに、前記搬送経路(10)の高塩分海水供給装置(12)よりも下流側であってミンチ装置(6)よりも上流側に海水分離装置(7)を設け、海水分離装置(7)を高塩分海水供給装置(12)に接続して海水分離装置(7)で分離した海水を高塩分海水供給装置(12)に回収することにした。【選択図】図1
