PURPOSE: A novel Kluyvera intermedia DS-EBN-GBI strain and a microorganism formulation containing the same are provided to directly produce beta-1,3-glucanase and siderophore. CONSTITUTION: A novel Kluyvera intermedia DS-EBN-GBI(KCTC 11783BP) isolated from soil has 16s rDNA containing a base sequence of sequence number 1. The strain has beta-1,3-glucanase and siderophore productivity. A method for culturing the strain comprises: a step of collecting soil in a rhizosphere of wild plants； a step of diluting the soil in distilled water and inoculating to a medium for culturing bacteria； a step of isolating each bacterium and culturing in a medium containing agar； a step of isolating single colony； and a step of inoculating bacteria of the single colony and inoculating in a medium to isolate single colony.본 발명은 신규한 클루이베라 인터미디아(Kluyveraintermedia) DS-EBN-GBI 균주와 그 균주의 배양방법 및 이를 포함하는 미생물 제제에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 작물에 병해를 유발하는 병원성 곰팡이의 생육을 저해시키는 항진균성 물질을 직접 생산하는 기능을 갖는 신규한 클루이베라 인터미디아 DS-EBN-GBI 균주와 그 균주의 배양방법 및 그 균주를 포함하는, 식물의 병해 예방 효과가 향상된 미생물 제제에 관한 것이다.
