PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost required for the generation and detoxification of NO2 gas.SOLUTION: A sterilization apparatus 1 fills clean rooms R1-Rn to be sterilized with the NO2 gas for sterilization processing from a gas supply system 30. The sterilization system is provided with an NO2 recovery system 60 for recovering and preserving used NO2 gas and supplying it to the clean rooms R1-Rn as needed in the next and succeeding sterilization processing. Thus, by recycling the NO2 gas, the amount of gas supplied from the gas supply system 30 is reduced, and the amount of gas discharged from an exhaust system 50 to the outside after processing is reduced as well. Thus, the ability (capacity) of the gas supply system 30 and the exhaust system 50 for detoxifying discharge gas is reduced, thus the costs are reduced, and gas filling and exhaust gas processing are performed in a short time.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】NO2ガスの生成や無害化に掛かるコストを削減する。【解決手段】滅菌処理を行うべきクリーンルームR1~Rnに、ガス供給系統30から滅菌処理用のNO2ガスを充填するようにした滅菌システム1において、使用済みのNO2ガスを回収し、保存しておくとともに、以降の滅菌処理時に、必要に応じて前記クリーンルームR1~Rnへ供給するNO2回収系統60を設ける。したがって、NO2ガスを再利用することで、ガス供給系統30から供給するガス量を削減することができるとともに、処理後に排気系統50から外部へ排出すべきガス量も削減することができる。これによって、前記ガス供給系統30および排出ガスを無害化する前記排気系統50の能力(容量)を小さく、したがってコストを削減することができるとともに、ガス充填や排ガスの処理を短時間で行うことができる。【選択図】図1
