PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for facilitating absorbing hydrogen gas into the body so as to increase promotion effect of health.SOLUTION: A hydrogen gas shower water system includes: a shower head which has a shower plate including a shower hole, a water/hydrogen gas mixed space, a water introduction space for introducing water, and a hydrogen gas nozzle whose tip is a hydrogen gas discharge hole to discharge hydrogen gas； a water supply part for supplying water to the water introduction space of the shower head； and a hydrogen gas supply part for supplying hydrogen gas to the hydrogen gas nozzle of the shower head. The water/hydrogen gas mixed space is arranged between the shower plate and a partition plate, the water introduction space is arranged at an opposite side to the water/hydrogen gas mixed space across the partition plate, and a water conduction hole to pass water to the water/hydrogen gas mixed space from the water introduction space is arranged in the partition plate.
