PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a draining route in a sauna apparatus.SOLUTION: The liquid pulverization device is equipped with an atomizing cylinder 4 arranged in a vertical direction and having an upper opening part 2 and a lower opening part 3, the water receiving tray 5 arranged under the lower opening part 3, the rotary shaft 6 arranged in the atomizing cylinder 4 in a vertical direction, a rotary drive means 7, a plurality of the rotary plates 8a-8d arranged in the up and down directions of the rotary shaft 6 at a predetermined interval, a water supply means 9 for supplying water to the surface of the upper-rotary plate 8a, the water storage parts 10a-10c provided to the inner surface of the atomizing cylinder 4, water channels 11a-11c for supplying water collected herein to the lower rotary plates, and the blower arranged directing toward the upper opening part 2 from the lower opening part 3 through the water receiving tray 5.
