SOLUTION: The sauna apparatus includes: an atomizing cylinder 1 arranged in a vertical direction a rotary shaft 5 arranged in a vertical direction inside the atomizing cylinder 1 rotation driving means 6 for the rotary shaft 5 a plurality of rotary plates 7 arranged at prescribed intervals in the vertical direction of the rotary shaft 5 water supply means 8 for supplying water onto an upper rotary plate 7 among the plurality of rotary plates 7 water collecting means 9 arranged ON the inner surface of the atomizing cylinder 1 among the plurality of rotary plates 7 collected water supply means 10 for supplying the water collected by the water collecting means 9 onto the lower rotary plates 7, and a blower for supplying air toward an upper opening 3 from the lower opening 2 in the atomizing cylinder 1. In a water drying mode, the water supply from the water supply means 8 onto the rotary plates 7 is stopped, the rotation driving means 6 is rotationally driven and the blower is operated where blowing ability is made lower compared with the state of a water atomizing mode.
