The present invention relates to a method for preparing a water-soluble propolis composition and a water-soluble propolis composition prepared thereby. The method for preparing a water-soluble propolis composition of the present invention comprises: a first step of preparing propolis； and a second step of mixing the propolis with honey as an emulsifier to prepare a water-soluble propolis composition, wherein 5-20 g of the honey per 1 ml of the propolis is mixed with the propolis, so a resin of the propolis does not agglomerate, and thus the propolis is dissolved in water. According to the present invention, by providing the method for preparing the water-soluble propolis composition and the water-soluble propolis composition prepared thereby, the propolis fees smooth even if the equal amount of propolis is consumed, and the propolis put on a container is significantly absent, and thus the availability of the water-soluble propolis composition is raised in various fields, thereby contributing to the promotion of farm consumption and the distribution of propolis.본 발명은 물에 용해가능한 프로폴리스 조성물의 제조방법 및 이를 통해 제조된 수용성 프로폴리스 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 물에 용해가능한 프로폴리스 조성물의 제조방법은, 프로폴리스를 준비하는 제 1단계 및, 상기 프로폴리스에 유화제로 꿀을 넣고 혼합하되, 상기 프로폴리스 1 ㎖당 꿀 5~20 g을 혼합함으로써, 상기 프로폴리스의 수지가 뭉쳐지지 않아 상기 프로폴리스가 물에 용해되도록 한 수용성 프로폴리스 조성물을 제조하는 제 2단계；를 포함하는 것이 특징이다.본 발명에 의해, 물에 용해가능한 프로폴리스 조성물의 제조방법 및 이를 통해 제조된 수용성 프로폴리스 조성물이 제공됨으로써, 동량을 섭취하여도 프로폴리스가 부드럽게 느껴지며, 그릇에 묻어나는 것이 현저히 없어져 다양한 분야에서의 활용도가 높아져 농가 소비 촉진 및 보급에 기여할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
