Способ предусматривает отбор половых продуктов у производителей и оплодотворение икры. Инкубирование икры, выдерживание и подращивание личинок, содержание их без пищи в охлажденной воде в зимний период осуществляют в одних и тех же емкостях - лотках, заполняемых водой при постоянном водообмене. Перед пересадкой молоди температуру воды в лотках доводят до ее уровня в бассейне. Изобретение позволяет повысить экономический эффект искусственного воспроизводства рыбы.
