PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation prepared by using complex carbohydrates and antibacterial proteins and effective for prevention and treatment of intestinal diseases, and to provide a method for preparation of a formulation for oral administration including addition of an antibacterial substance to the formulation.SOLUTION: There are provided the formulation for oral administration usable for prevention or treatment of digestive tract disorders, intestinal diseases and relating symptoms, the formulation for oral administration useful for controlling enteric pathogens, and the formulation for peroral administration effective for promoting the development of beneficial intestinal flora. These formulations can assist favorable rehydration, prevention of onset or recurrence of diarrhea, shortening of duration of diarrhea and/or reduction of fecal volume, control of enteric pathogens such as C. difficile, and promotion of the development of beneficial intestinal flora.【課題】複合糖質及び抗菌性タンパク質を使用した、腸疾患を予防、治療する有効な製剤の提供。抗菌物質を製剤中に添加することを含んでなる経口剤の調製方法の提供。【解決手段】消化器官の障害、腸疾患及び関連する症状の予防又は治療に用いる経口剤。腸の病原体の制御に有用な経口剤。有益な腸内細菌フローラの成長の促進に有効な経口剤。これらにより、良好な水分補給、下痢の発症又は再発の防止、下痢の期間短縮及び／又は便量の減少、Ｃ．ｄｉｆｆｉｃｉｌｅなどの腸内病原体の制御、及び有益な腸内細菌フローラの成長の促進が可能となる。【選択図】なし
