PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a (meth)acrylate polymer is provided to remove bed odor, thereby capable of improving quality of final products. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a (meth)acrylate polymer comprises: a step of putting hydrocarbon based solvent, and raising temperature to 82-90 °；C； a step of manufacturing a monomer mixture solution by dissolving C1-C8 alkyl-containing (meth)acrylate monomer, C12-C18 alkyl-containing (meth)acrylate monomer, a soap monomer, and a (meth)acrylic acid into a hydrocarbon based solvent； a step of continuously dropping initiator solution dissolved in the hydrocarbon based solvent, and a monomer mixture solution into a reaction container； a step of maintaining temperature to 82-90 °；C for enough polymerization time； a step of dropping solvent of C1-C10 solvent with low boiling point； a step of desolventizing through vacuum depressing at 82-90 °；C； and a step of cooling the mixture and filtering the outcome.본 발명은 취기가 감소된 장쇄 알킬기 및 폴리 알킬렌 옥사이드를 함유하는 단량체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 (메타)아크릴레이트 중합체 및 이를 포함하는 오일제제와 이를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 중합체는 모발에 코팅되어 스타일링을 주는 기능 외에 폴리알킬렌옥사이드와 장쇄 알킬기를 함유함으로써 샴푸, 린스 또는 모발 정발제로 사용 후 물로 세정시 쉽게 린스-오프 될 수 있도록 계면활성작용 기능을 발휘하며, 각종 오일 제제에서 장쇄 알킬기의 상호간 회합 및 폴리알킬렌옥사이드의 수친화력으로 물과의 수소결합에 의한 고분자 사슬 엉김과 확장에 의한 점성 증가를 유도할 수 있는 것으로, 제조과정시 악취를 제거함은 물론, 악취가 제거된 상기 효과를 갖는 중합체를 제공하는 효과가 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 중합체는 점도 개질제, 유동성 향상제, 에멀젼 안정제 등으로서 헤어린스, 샴푸, 모발케어제품, 바디케어제품 및 각종 화장품 분야에 보다 넓게 적용될 수 있다.
