PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of removing fat and lye from a cooked food product, because only a trace amount of animal fat is required for human body, but most of people ingests the animal fat excessively, thereby suffer from life habit disease, their blood becomes mushy, and there is risk in which they may suffer from severe disease such as thrombus or aneurysm, therefore animal fat in the food product has to be removed for maintaining health.SOLUTION: The cooked food product is cooled, then is put into a vinyl bag, polyethylene aluminum product, OPP nylon bag, or polyethylene bag, then the bag is tightly bound, then the bag is stored in a refrigerator. After the food product is let soak for one night, fat and lye are solidified on an upper part of the bag, so that, a bottom of the bag is cut, for taking out the food product so that the solidified fat and lye are not mixed to the food product, thereby a user can eat a food product which is good for a body.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】動物脂は、人体にとって微量しか必要としない。しかし、殆どの人は摂取しすぎで生活習慣病に罹っており、血液がどろどろになり、血栓や動脈瘤等の大病になる危険性がある。健康体を維持する為、食品の動物性脂を除去することができる、料理食品の脱脂・脱灰汁の方法を提供する。【解決手段】造り上げた食品を冷ましてから、ビニール袋並びにポリエチレンアルミ製品、OPPナイロン袋、ポリ袋等に入れ、しっかりと縛り、冷蔵庫に入れる。1晩経つと、袋の上部に脂灰汁が固まっているので、底を切って、食品に、固まった脂灰汁が混じらないように取り出すことにより、身体に良い食べ物を得ることができる。【選択図】なし
